Job Description
Collars is hiring a "Collections Process Leader " for one of the multinational digital transformation companies.
- The Credit Control process lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of the client’s Accounts Receivable portfolio.
- Ensures the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused service on a daily basis to the client in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements. Responsible for leading, motivating, and assigning work to a small team
- Ensures quick resolution by the Credit Control Team of issues and escalated items
- As a member of the management team, participates in meeting service levels, and key measurement targets of the team to deliver high-quality and cost-effective service, and oversee the process (or part of the process) and customer service decisions.
- Can take leadership to ensure the delivery of customer-focused service to the client with highly proficient knowledge of one or more processes and continually strives to improve the process
Job Requirements
Proficient knowledge of one or more processes.
- Hands-on experience of working with an ERP tool (preferably SAP U2K2)
- Hard Working and Confident
- High on Integrity
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, throughout all levels of the organization
- Passionate about creating value and impact for the client
- A team-oriented and collaborative approach
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or business
