Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Set sales targets and monitor team achievements.
- Follow up on leads, pipelines, and closing ratios.
- Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities.
- Build strong relationships with brokers and key clients.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Real Estate sales.
- Proven experience in selling commercial units (Malls).
- Previous experience in El Shorouk
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and competitors.
- Target-oriented with strong analytical skills.
