Job Description
- Update the import sheets and Share to all the merchandisers about the arrival date for their shipments
- Issuing shipping instructions to ensure delivery times and locations are coordinated.
- Feed the warehouse about the shipping documents which they need and provide them schedule recap about the shipments in-house date...
- Follow up with the clearing agents who can clear the shipments from (Alexandria, Sokhna, port said, Damietta Ports,
- Preparing all the related documents which need it by the clearing agent to release the shipments from Ports.
- Getting involve for any issue with customs.
- Handle part from QUIZ (all the original import Doc which are stamped by Israel border.
- Update import sheet with all the information about the consignments
- Very aware by NAFEZA system and can Apply ACID for Sea Shipment / Air Shipment
Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduated from Arab Academy for Science, Technology, Logistics major, Or faculty of commerce, (English Sector)
- Good English language & Computers are necessary (SPECIALLY OFFICE PROGRAM)
- Better to have at least 2 years experience in logistics
