Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic digital account manager to join our team.
To ensure success as an account manager, you should be able to implement complex, detailed digital strategies in an accurate and timely manner.
Ultimately, a top-notch account manager should be a sociable, creative individual with the ability to interpret a client's needs.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the full Account Management process
  • Work closely with Managers to help achieve account management targets for the team
  • Help generate ideas to improve the account management function of the Division
  • Ensure effective and excellent service delivery within the relevant division in order to achieve agreed commercial and revenue targets, from a portfolio of accounts. You may be required to have direct responsibility for the Management of the account management team as well as working closely with the relevant team to help them understand relevant projects.
  • Full Client Delivery and coordinating with the necessary team members to ensure deliverables are upon clients’ requests and on time.
  • Maximize any chance of repeat business by meeting with clients, keeping in regular contact, and upselling wherever possible.
  • Assist the Accounts Director daily to ensure the success of the department responsibilities and in any other assigned tasks that may not be mentioned in this job description in relation to the agency’s.
  • Overseeing PR and communication aspects of the project.
  • Forming great relationships with clients internationally.
  • Coming up with strategies and creative ideas on how to bring projects more exposure.
  • Understand and build relationships with influencers and commit to their flexible schedule.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and brainstorm creative campaigns.

Job Requirements

Our ideal candidate is:

  • BA degree in relevant field (Marketing, Mass Communication, etc...)
  • 5-7 years of agency experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ( Arabic and English )
  • Well organized & ability to multi-task
  • Pro-active & intuitive
  • Creative and social-first mind-set
  • Expert knowledge in social best practice
  • Experience in handling influencers (GCC and international market is a plus)
