Job Description
- Answer client’s calls: Respond to clients queries and take in their bookings .
- Respond to the clients’ emails politely professionally.
- Following up on clients’ queries.
- Monitor the drivers’ locations and their statuses to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
- Keep track of drivers availability
- Focal point between Management, clients and drivers.
- Create periodic reports and present them to the management.
