Markaz supports local artisans across Egypt, blending diverse craft traditions into unique handmade products that celebrate cultural identity and social impact.

Provides the customer with the brand journey and story during the sales process.
Acquire, cultivate and maintain relationships with our clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and luxury service.
Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service.
Assist customers with product information and sales transactions/payments (in store and online through WhatsApp, website or social media channels).
Cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize purchase value.
Deal with all issues that arise from customers & Meet sales goals.
Complete store administration including inventory, receiving and labeling products and product transfer between branches.
Maintain outstanding and updated store inventory and warehouse condition according to set system.
Assist team in creating written inventory and sales training manual.
Maintain visual displays of products.
Report on buying trends and customer needs and prepare sales reports as needed. Report on store traffic and maintain updated customer database.
Propose innovative ideas to increase store traffic.
Report on store required maintenance.
Direct and supervise showroom support staff.
Additional duties as may be needed

Education: Bachelor degree is required.
Language: Proficiency in English is needed.
Location: Assigned Boutique – subject to rotation in both outlets.
Experience: 3-5 years retail sales experience, experience in handcrafts preferred.
Strong proficiency in computer skills.
Experience with ERP system preferred
Flexibility to work shifts, non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and react with flexibility.
Very strong organizational skills with a focus on follow through.
Have a flair for communicating with different types of customers.
Work as a collaborative team member, always available to assist boutique manager, colleagues, customers, etc.
Ability to project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.
Target-oriented
