Job Description
- Preparing the preventive maintenance plan for the production machines after approval by engineers.
- Intervening immediately breakdowns or failures
- Preparing and Replacing broken or defective components.
- Preparing the list of spare parts and ensure parts availability.
- Preparing and follow up purchase orders and expedite the purchase order until the arrival of spare parts.
- Ensuring GMP procedure by Reviewing preventive maintenance and reform Reports
- Review the preventive maintenance forms for the production machines in a circular to the department engineers to record the steps of maintenance.
- Following up and maintenance of laboratory equipment and ovens with the control.
- Keeping preventive maintenance reports in the files of each department separately
Job Requirements
- Graduate from Faculty of Engineering .
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in any relevant field.
- Communication & teamwork.
- Quality & Attention To Details.
- Problem solving.
- Planning & Follow Up.
