Job Summary:
The Operations Audit Specialist is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and auditing all operational stages through which an order passes. This role ensures operational compliance, high quality standards, and swift issue resolution across different operational teams. The specialist conducts daily audits using internal tools, coordinates corrective action plans with station owners, tracks resolution status, and builds daily performance reports.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. Order Journey & Operational Audit Monitor and audit every stage of the order lifecycle across all participating operational teams. Identify discrepancies, delays, or process failures in order handling.
2. Issue Detection & Action Planning Utilize internal tools and audit systems on a fixed daily schedule to track operational issues. Immediately notify designated Action Owners and team leaders of identified issues.
3. Follow-up & Resolution Tracking Re-audit and track flagged issues to verify whether appropriate corrective actions were successfully implemented. Ensure closed issues meet quality standards and operational guidelines before sign-off.
4. Reporting & Analytics Review, gather, and evaluate station-specific daily reports. Prepare a comprehensive End-of-Day Audit Report highlighting: Total number of identified issues across all stations. Resolved issues vs. pending issues (Resolution Percentage / Completion Rate).
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in Operations and
Quality Assurance (Audit background is a plus).
Technical Skills: Practical skills in Excel or Google Sheets for daily data tracking and reporting. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively align with station leads and operational teams.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to detect discrepancies, delays, and process failures in highvolume operations.
Organization & Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage fixed daily audit routines.
