Textile Dyeing Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Textile Dyeing & Finishing Engineer to oversee and follow up on fabric dyeing and finishing processes at external dyeing facilities. The role is responsible for ensuring that dyed fabrics meet the company's required color specifications, quality standards, and technical requirements before acceptance and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on fabric dyeing and finishing processes at external dyeing facilities to ensure compliance with the required specifications.

• Monitor dyeing quality, including color matching, shade consistency, color uniformity, and overall fabric appearance.

• Inspect dyed and finished fabrics to identify defects such as uneven dyeing, color variations, stains, and other quality issues.

• Coordinate with dyeing facilities to resolve quality problems and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Verify fabric samples and laboratory test results against approved color standards and customer requirements.

• Ensure that fabric finishing processes meet the required specifications for fabric feel, appearance, and performance.

• Follow up on production timelines and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of dyed fabrics.

• Prepare quality inspection reports and document dyeing defects, rejected batches, and corrective actions.

• Coordinate with the purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure fabric quality meets the company's requirements before acceptance.
