Job Description
About the Role: Kandil Egypt is looking for a detail-oriented Personnel Supervisor to lead our administrative team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate execution of personnel procedures, maintaining rigorous compliance with government regulations, and managing the daily logistics of our workforce's attendance and benefits. This role acts as a vital link between the employees and the HR Operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
Governmental Relations: Coordinate and manage the relationship with the Labor Office and Social Insurance authorities to ensure all company practices align with legal mandates.
Payroll Input Management: Supervise the collection and verification of all payroll variables, including monthly attendance, overtime, and leaves, to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Personnel Records: Oversee the creation and maintenance of physical and digital employee files, ensuring 100% accuracy in documentation for new hires and exits.
Disciplinary & Investigations: Lead internal investigations into behavioral issues and oversee the application of penalties and disciplinary actions as per company bylaws.
Social & Humanitarian Services: Manage employee support systems, including social services, recreational activities, and grievance handling to maintain high employee morale.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all departments are following HR policies, attendance rules, and working hours as defined by the company.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
Experience: 5–7 years of experience in HR/Personnel, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Industry Background: Must have prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Education: University degree is required; HR specialization or diploma is a plus.
Technical Skills: * Strong command of the Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance procedures.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Core Competencies: Strong leadership, conflict resolution skills, and high ethical standards.
