Job Description
- Receive equipment’s failures notifications through maintenance system and distribute them on the engineers.
- Prepare maintenance contracts and warranty visits’ monthly plan.
- Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
- Follow up the planned visits’ completion and implementation on time and reasons of uncompleted visits.
- Solve received customers or communicated maintenance engineers complains / problems, whether technical or non-technical problems.
- Follow-up withdrawn devices within the region (from repair and when retrieved).
- Prepare the estimated budget for the required spare parts, the import licenses for them, and follow up on the consumption of equipment’s stock on SAP program.
- Conduct trainings to the maintenance engineers
- Attend trainings local or international
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Perform overall quality control of work procedures (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on projects status.

Job Requirements
- Only Cairo residents can apply
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering
- Medical devices industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent skills in Excel and Word.
- Team working ability.
- Good communication skills.
- Hard worker & self–motivated.
