Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant with a strong administrative background and fluency in English. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients, suppliers, and partners, both domestically and internationally.
- Assist in establishing our new office in Egypt, including but not limited to finding a location, hiring staff, setting up operations, dealing with local regulations, and liaising with local authorities and service providers.
- Manage executive’s appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements to maximize the executive’s time.
- Create regular reports and update internal databases as necessary.
- Maintain and enhance the executive's effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the executive to others.
- Oversee the performance of other clerical and administrative staff.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the executive in addressing these issues.
Working Conditions:
This role will require some travel, particularly in the initial stages of the office setup in Egypt. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian business environment, legal regulations, and culture.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; a team player who can also work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
