Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant with a strong administrative background and fluency in English. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients, suppliers, and partners, both domestically and internationally.
  2. Assist in establishing our new office in Egypt, including but not limited to finding a location, hiring staff, setting up operations, dealing with local regulations, and liaising with local authorities and service providers.
  3. Manage executive’s appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements to maximize the executive’s time.
  4. Create regular reports and update internal databases as necessary.
  5. Maintain and enhance the executive's effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the executive to others.
  6. Oversee the performance of other clerical and administrative staff.
  7. Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the executive in addressing these issues.

 

Working Conditions:

This role will require some travel, particularly in the initial stages of the office setup in Egypt. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
  2. Fluent in English and Arabic; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Strong knowledge of the Egyptian business environment, legal regulations, and culture.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Exceptional interpersonal skills; a team player who can also work independently.
  8. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  9. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
