- Provide customers with the organization’s service and information.
- Manage inbound, outbound.
- Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging.
- Complete call notes and call reports as necessary and update them in the CRM
- Record details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions take
- Follow up complicated customer calls where required.
- Identify, escalate priority issues and report to the high-level management.
- Researching required information using available resources.
- Must have Healthcare Customer Service experience from 1-2 years .
- Interpersonal skills, Communication skills .
- Good Command of English (Both Verbal and Written) .
