Job Description
• Providing technical support to local and remote users in many locations.
• Performing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting network and system services (ERP, printing, email service, VPN, Internet access).
• Good understanding of Windows Server, CCNA and Firewall basics
• Preparing and configuring surveillance cameras.
• Preparing attendance and departure devices and serving their own reporting system.
• Following up on daily operations related to special functions in IT systems to ensure continuous business improvement.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree of Information Technology is a must.
• CCNA & MCSA certified, or self-study is a must.
• 2 years experience in the same title.
• Good knowledge of CCTV, IP cams, Sound systems, Scanners, Printers and Time & Attendance devices.
