Job Description
- Handel all the clients orders & process the proper documentations needed to process through to production
- Monitor production & update clients with their orders.
- Arrange shipment booking through the client nominated freight forwarder.
- Send booking to our nominated custom clearance company & trucking facility.
- Arrange the final documentations for each booking to be sent to the freight forwarder or shipping line.
- Keep contact with the nominated trucking company & follow the whole process from loading & unloading, to make sure the container was loaded at port with no delays.
- Handling the material labeling to the client's specifications & standards.
- Collect all the documentation needed for the clients to clear the container at destination, after accounts approval.
- Handle the shipping line payments either at the bank or at the shipping line office, and all the above mentioned entities accounts, and update company accounts.
- Organize & file all documentations for each shipment.
- Handle all the quotations sent by clients ( she will not quote any enquiry, will only notify us & keep track of it)
- Will use MailChimp to send weekly promotion emails to our email list.
- Follow up with a social media management company with all the updates.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience whether as Logistics Coordinator or as an Account Manager in a Logistics/Supply Chain company.
- Job is full-time work from office, our office is in Maadi, you must be okay with this.
- Bachelor's Degree is a must.
- Fluency in English is a must.
