Job Description
- Operation wise ideas about the product types and previous experience on inner wear apparel.
- Basic idea about the machine types of the inner wear products.
- Full understanding on the SMV calculations through Time study method or GSD which is more advantageous.
- Theoretical line balancing based on the Pitch time/ takt time.
- Capacity studies and practical line balancing.
- Bottleneck analysis and improvements through production study.
- Efficiency calculations ability and down time monitoring criteria’s.
- Minimum 05 years’ experience in the industry.
- Minimum knowledge on lean practices such as 5M ,Wastes , QCO and basic lean management.
