Job Description
We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.. Mainly responsible for:
- Administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Maintenance and update of employee data (hires, terminations, vacations, medical leaves, and other absence etc.), ensuring the confidentiality of personal employee information
- Payroll administration: reporting of worktime data to the external payroll company and coordination of employee communication related to payroll matters
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of HR related date
- Support Com & Ben team in any assigned tasks.
- Follow up on drivers, cleaners and office boys.
Job Requirements
- BS in Human Resources or relevant field
- +2 years of experience in similar role
- Experience with HR software.
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
