Job Description
- You will manage mechanical work on a construction site — like installing and testing air conditioning, plumbing, and firefighting systems. You’ll make sure everything is done safely, correctly, and on time.
- Supervise mechanical work on-site
- Make sure work follows plans and standards
- Lead testing and final checks of systems
- Work with other site teams (civil, electrical, etc.)
- Check quality and safety regularly
- Solve problems that come up on-site
- Report updates to the manager
- Help and guide junior team members
- Keep records and paperwork organized
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of site experience
- Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
- Able to read technical drawings
- Basic computer skills (AutoCAD, Word, Excel)
- Good communication and leadership skills
