Job Description
- Responsible for registering visitors at the front desk and arranging relevant personnel to receive them
- Responsible for the purchase, management and distribution registration of office stationery, the office tea room & supplies
- Apply for office rent, management fees, utilities, and parking fees
- Responsible for counting the store's various expenses
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor degree in Business
