Job Description

  • Responsible for registering visitors at the front desk and arranging relevant personnel to receive them
  • Responsible for the purchase, management and distribution registration of office stationery, the office tea room & supplies 
  • Apply for office rent, management fees, utilities, and parking fees
  • Responsible for counting the store's various expenses
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Bachelor degree in Business
