Job Description

Job Purpose:
The Office Manager Assistant at Circle K Egypt is responsible for providing
comprehensive administrative support to the Office Manager in managing the
office operations, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination
within the organization. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention
to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Assist the office Manager in Managing the CEO's calendar, schedule
appointments, and coordinate meetings.
2. Assist the office Manager in Preparing and editing the correspondence,
reports, and presentations.
3. Assist the office Manager in Handling the incoming and outgoing
communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
4. Assist the Office Manager to organize and maintain documentation,
files, and records.
5. Assist the office Manager in preparing meeting agendas, taking
minutes, and following up on action items.
6. Assist the Office Manager in Managing the office supplies, equipment,
and facilities, ensuring their availability and functionality.
7. Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and
office organization.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
1. Experience Range: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
supporting senior executives or C-level management. And not less than
35 years old.
2. Industry Exposure: Experience in retail, convenience stores, or related
industries is preferred.

3. Graduate Studies: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Management, or a related field is required.
4. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using office productivity software and
familiarity with office equipment and systems.
