Kria, a Korean medical aesthetics brand, is seeking a qualified Beauty Therapist to join our remote team as a Customer Support & Operations Assistant. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in skincare or aesthetics who are confident in educating others, providing expert support, and working with professional clients in the beauty and aesthetics industry.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide expert skincare support and product guidance to professional clients via email, chat, and phone. • Assist the CEO in managing appointment bookings and coordinating client communications. • Deliver remote product training sessions to beauty professionals to ensure proper product knowledge and usage. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, identifying upselling opportunities (with commission incentives). • Support daily operational tasks including follow-ups, service coordination, and performance tracking.
Job Requirements
