Job Description

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your sales team.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering ( Chemistry )or any related field.
  • 7-10 years of sales experience (in Field Sales of chemicals)Product/Market knowledge Regional and country-specific trade knowledge.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Ability to work with the cross-functional team.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
  • Good interpersonal skills and high task orientation.
  • Follow-up with the client.
  • Gender: Male Age: 35-45 years.
