- Revise the follow up sheet on a daily basis.
- Following up the custodies and financial issues with brokers.
- Follow up the Ex- work and FOB offers and set comp. .
- Insert PO’s and receiving the orders on the system and landed cost.
- Set the reports which required.
- Following up the operations with the brokers.
- Following up the demurrage refund with shipping lines and brokers and the suppliers.
- Getting the best rate from the brokers.
- Solve the operations problems.
Job Requirements
- Experience not less than 3 years preferably in industrial field
- Very good command of English
- Very good Excel user
- Males only
- Experience in dealing with Al-Nafeza and ACID
