Job Description
- Bright Marketing Solutions partners with roofing companies across the United States to help homeowners get free roof inspections after storms or for general roof maintenance.
We are hiring experienced English-speaking cold callers to join our remote team and book inspection appointments with U.S. homeowners. - Your main responsibilities will include:
- Making high-volume outbound calls using our dialer (CRM provided).
- Following a clear roofing call script to qualify homeowners.
- Asking discovery questions about roof condition, insurance, or recent storm damage.
- Scheduling inspection appointments directly on the shared company calendar.
- Recording notes and updating lead statuses in GoHighLevel CRM.
- Meeting daily activity targets (calls, talk time, and appointments booked).
- Working closely with your team lead for feedback and performance improvement.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (clear, neutral accent required).
- Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience (roofing, solar, or home-services background preferred).
- Confidence and persistence when handling objections (e.g. “I already have a roofer”).
- Reliable Internet connection (25+ Mbps), USB headset, and quiet workspace.
- Ability to work U.S. hours.
- Must be goal-oriented, coachable, and disciplined in tracking performance.
- Familiarity with CRM software or dialers such as GoHighLevel, VICIdial, or Mojo is a plus.
