Job Description
- Ensure resolving technical malfunction of factory machines that disrupts Production processes and report it to Electrical automation and maintenance chief.
- Prepare malfunction reports and breakdown timings.
- Assist in preparing preventative maintenance plans and work orders.
- Implementing per-determined maintenance plans and preparing work orders accordingly through forming work groups.
- Monitors spare parts release from warehouses via ERP system.
- Responsible to provide complete analysis on root cause for machinery malfunctions, suggesting means to enhance efficiency through reducing down times with the assistance of PM notifications and orders on SAP system.
- Supervise the implementation of the new factory projects (installing new machines, installing new transformers, etc…) and preparing work plans with the assistance of the suppliers and the involved parties.
- Conduct different training programs for electrical technicians to reach their optimum performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Very good command of English.
- Males only.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- 3 -5 years of Experience
- Experience: 1-2 Years of experience in Facility Management field.
