Job Description
We are looking for a creative UI Designer who is passionate about design and cares for the quality and details of his/her work. We offer flexible working hours and a friendly environment for our employees. Maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere for our employees is one of our main targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Continuous engagement with the business team and UX Designers to come up with the best UI for the target audience
- Creating high-fidelity designs and clickable prototypes
- Deliver design specs, style guides and assets to UI developers in an efficient way
- Translating UI design systems, elements, components and layouts into responsive designs compatible with supported screen sizes and devices (if there is enough capacity for that)
- Working with UX designers and Frontend developers to deliver a highly interactive user interfaces
- Following an established process and guidelines to ensure quality and maintainability
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
- Experience creating high-fidelity UI designs for web applications
- Experience following established design systems. Creating, managing and contributing to design components
- Experience with one or more vector graphics design tools such as Sketch, Illustrator, Adobe XD or similar
- Ability to deliver designs, specs, and assets to UI developers via Zeplin or similar
- Knowledge sharing with team members and engagement in product and process advancement solutions
- Ability to present your design and defend your design decisions
- Good command of English
Optional Skills:
- Experience creating high-fidelity designs for mobile applications
- Capable of translating designs and experiences via HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript
- Experience with one or more front-end development framework such as Angular, Ember.js, Vue or React
- Experience with one or more prototyping tools such as InVision, Figma or similar
