Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GM and other functions in the office.
- Monitor Office boys/ drivers and other junior admin staff
- Handle the office petty cash and facility expenses.
- Translate all business documents from Arabic to French and vice versa
- Typing, preparing all reports, presentations and official external correspondences
- Monitor and update the company's social media platforms.
- Handle the office inventory
- Handle all travel arrangements for the GM and marketing team
- Handle various HR duties.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any relevant discipline
- Good English (Written) / fluency in french is a plus
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and power point.
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable & professional with a pleasant manner
- Ability to multitask and support different functions.
