Job Description

Responsibilities - What you’ll do

  • Product Strategy: you’ll own, along with our amazing tribe leads, the development, cascading, and maintaining the strategy and vision for our products. You’ll work directly with the tech leads, engineers, Product Managers, Machine Learning & AI team, Data Analysis, and the main key stakeholders to define and direct the new era of our products. 
  • Roadmapping: continuous development and monitoring of all Core area development initiatives for measurable and impactful results focusing on value to customers and effective prioritization.
  • Delivery: ship impactful product features, revamps, and changes, overseeing the full lifecycle of product development, starting from user research, all the way to the product press releases. You’ll also be in charge of driving big impactful product initiatives, with a tactful and pragmatic iterative approach. 
  • Stakeholders Management: Collaborate with the Tech Leads, Tribe Leads, CTO, and our commercial forum to help unify and align the stakeholders on the company and product strategy, vision, and mission. 
  • Team Leadership: manage, mentor, and develop exceptional Product Managers. 
  • Measure Success: continuously measure and optimize the success of your efforts to inform the tribe product strategy, and also contribute to the whole Product Strategy.
  • Commercialization: champion the new chapter in our story of new products, and business planning.

Job Requirements

  • Good experience in leading product change in the past 5 years.
  • Preferred if you’ve been experienced in product management in a 2-sided marketplace, or even better, B2B product solutions.
  • Experience in leading product managers.
  • Lives by the values of being user-centric and data-informed decision-making process.
  • Preferred if you’d have experience with agile, scrum environment and familiarity with squads, tribes, and chapters in product teams.
  • Worked with OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps.
  • Talented in managing data analytics tools and product management products; Tableau, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Wootric, intercom [other products].
  • Goes without saying, amazing communication, collaboration, and influence-with-out-authority skills are essential.
  • Last but not least, you’ve embraced a lifelong learning mindset.
