Job Description
We are searching for PHP Developer integration developer to build and maintain software integrations across various platforms for our company. In this role, you will identify, plan, and execute integration strategies, create tools for other developers, ensure ongoing monitoring, and maintain as well as optimize your builds.
To ensure success as an integration developer, you will need to have analytical and problem-solving abilities and be able to work in several programming languages. A top-notch integration developer can creatively solve integration problems and is comfortable writing and maintaining complex systems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and maintain the standalone project to integrate multiple systems using API
- Writing clean, fast PHP to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way.
- Troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining the core applications and databases
- Work cross-functionally to convert business needs into technical specifications.
- Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document & deploy applications.
- Regularly update our Magento projects
- Install security patches
- Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices.
- Participate in project & deployment planning.
- Good understanding of database structure of Magento 1. x & 2. x
- Work on Magento integration with external systems, viz CMS/CRM/ERP/Payment/Shipping, etc.
Job Requirements
Knowledge and skills
- An expertise in Magento, PHP, MySQL, HTML5 and CSS3.
- A portfolio with live links to sites that you have developed previously (preferred)
- Having Experience in WordPress will be an addon
- Must be a self-starter & be able to work with minimum supervision
- Should be able to follow Best Practices of all the Languages
- Should have strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, PHP, API Integration, MySQL
- Should have a clear understanding of Javascript, Ajax & Jquery, JSON, SOAP, CSS, HTML layout designing
- Should have knowledge of eCommerce frameworks
- Experience In modules/extensions development/customization.
- Experience in Theme integration/customization.
- Experience in API creation/integration.
- The ability to handle multiple projects and tasks at the same time
- Great attention to detail and be highly organized
- The ability to articulate yourself professionally
- Excellent written and spoken English
- The ability to adapt to a diverse and multicultural environment
- A bachelor's in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
- At least, 3 years experience as a programmer or computer scientist.
- Superior programming skills that relate to code development, maintenance, and implementation.
- Meticulous knowledge of integrations, development processes, and integration architectures.
- Interpersonal skills along with the ability to work in a team.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot and fix errors in complex code.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform tasks independently.
- Good presentation and report-writing skills.
