Job Description

The Sr. Technical Pre-Sales Consultant coordinates technical pre-sales activities for software and technology solutions. He transfers industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills. Assists in all levels of technical account planning and accompanies sales account managers on visits to customers. The Sr. Pre-Sales Consultant supports the successful achievement of sales targets by analyzing the technical needs and proving ability to deliver the IT solutions proposed to prospects or existing customers. The Senior Pre-Sales Consultant reports to the Sales Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Product presentation/demonstration
  • Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information or a Request for Proposal
  • Deliver and present solution demos/POCs to customers
  • Build technical relationship with prospects or existing customers
  • Provide any technical input needed for proposals preparation
  • Be able to position and present solution offerings effectively
  • Own the technical part of the bidding cycle, and build technical proposals for enterprise customers.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar information technology-related discipline, MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on 5-7 years of recent experience selling technology solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Account management. Effective territory/account management: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, partner engagement, opportunity management, pipeline management.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
  • Executive presence. Experience and expertise selling to senior business decision-makers by aligning & reinforcing the value of the solution to the customer’s overall business pain.
  • Problem solver. Ability to solve customer problems through technology solutions.
  • Knowledge in diversified domains and technologies such as:
  • Enterprise Content Management
  • Business Process Automation
  • Web Content Management
  • RPA
  • Integration Service
  • Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
  • Mobile applications
  • Previous experience in solution architecture and software development is a Big Plus.
  • Collaborative. Orchestrate and influence virtual teams to pursue sales opportunities and lead v-teams through the influence.
