Job Description
- Negotiate with banks to secure credit facilities (loans, letters of credit, guarantees, etc.) under the most favorable terms.
- Monitor the utilization and limits of existing banking facilities to ensure alignment with company needs.
- Prepare and update detailed schedules of banking facilities, including maturity dates, interest rates, and payment plans.
- Provide regular reports to the Finance Department and senior management regarding the company’s banking position and obligations.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, and other departments to ensure proper funding of operational and project requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with banking representatives to ensure continued financial support.
- Review banking agreements and contracts to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Analyze banking risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Maintain and organize all banking documentation and records securely and efficiently.
- Suggest and implement strategies to improve financing terms and reduce banking costs.a
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CMA or CFA are preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in banking relations and facilities, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
