Job Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-users and customers seeking technical assistance within office, over the phone, chat, or E-mail.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (OS, E-mail Service, internet access, file sharing, LMS, etc.)
- Support the day-to-day operations of computer networks.
- Install new software and hardware components.
- Provides support for fingerprint machines, and CCTV.
- Works on basic Active Directory tasks (Add/edit/delete users, groups, and OUs)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Network troubleshooting knowledge is a must
- IT Certification is preferable (A+, N+, CCNA, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, etc.)
