Job Description

  • Follow up on customer needs.
  • follow up on solving customer complaints.
  • Follow up on the maintenance process.
  • Follow up on the contract renewal.
  • Follow up on the issuance of the invoices with Finance.
  • Follow up on the invoices delivery and cash collection.
  • The account executive acts as a focal point between the company and the account in terms of payments.
  • Develop and maintain an effective relationship with existing customers.
  • Document Admin Work.
  • Attends regular meetings with clients.
  • Provide the needed reports on time

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable University.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience as an account executive/Customer support.
  • Excellent user of Microsoft office
  • Very good command of the English language.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, Problem-solving, detailed and customer-oriented.
  • Sheraton, Heliopolis, Nasr city or nearby areas resident.
