Job Description
- Inventory management (Material receiving / issue)
- Inventory control
- Material Balance (Shortage / Excess)
- Supplier Inventory balance
- Material Loss Control
- MRP ( Material Requirements Plan )
- Arrange for delivery, assembly, and distribution of supplies and parts in order to match the flow of materials and to meet production schedules.
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
- Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
- Respond to purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment
- Follow the release of materials and check release notes for materials
- Plan Materials Needed and Forecasting based on weekly Consumption to meet Next month requirements
Job Requirements
- Previous Experience in the same field is preferred
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
- Fast learning and hardworking ability
- Excellent computer skills ( Advanced Excel is preferred )
- Hard worker and well organized
