Job Description
- Analyze, understand, and interpret the risks being taken across branches portfolio & operations.
- Work closely with the Risk Manager to identify key risk exposures and performance drivers.
- Define and monitor risk guidelines and develop quantitative and qualitative analytics for risk estimation and management.
- Monitor risk exposures and proactively engage with the business to manage risk
- Aggregate information from a variety of sources and create detailed reports representing risk and portfolio construction
- Effectively communicate risk report information to and respond to risk-related inquiries from internal partners including the Risk Committee and Senior management.
- Perform operational risk identification and assessment in business units.
- Prepare operational risk issues and decisions reports on regular basis.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating risk areas across the operational activities.
- Develop strong relationship with key stakeholders and business partners by addressing issues/concerns in timely manner.
