Job Description
A British international located in El Sherouk established in 2018 with small class capacities currently is looking for ahead of the primary stage with experience in teaching and leading teachers to success.
Duties include:
- Developing annual, term, and weekly plans for the English dept..
- Managing day to day teaching for the department
- Leading and guiding teachers
- Supporting teachers with improving their instructional skills and teaching methodologies.
- Creating a learning community within the school staff.
- Guide teachers of years 6,7 and 8 to teach and prepare students for the Cambridge primary & lower secondary checkpoint And pass with flying colors.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the British system and ability to apply curriculum framework and schemes of work
- Have proven leadership experience
- Be able to lead and participate actively in a professional learning community
- Have a clear vision on how to ensure the school continues to develop
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate staff and pupils
