Job Description

  • Ensuring the space is clean.
  • Ordering stationery.
  • Monitor and purchase office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlords, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement and office systems.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assisting to coordinate all services (Utilities, Water, Building Management)
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are prepared for all meetings.
  • Logistics Support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • MS office proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable.
  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience.
  • Good written and spoken English.
