Job Description
- Ensuring the space is clean.
- Ordering stationery.
- Monitor and purchase office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlords, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement and office systems.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assisting to coordinate all services (Utilities, Water, Building Management)
- Ensuring meeting rooms are prepared for all meetings.

Job Requirements

- MS office proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable.
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience.
