Job Description
Growth Strategy & Ownership :
- Build and execute the B2C & B2B growth strategy, targets, and roadmap across markets.
- Translate business objectives into scalable marketing experiments, channel plans, and data hypotheses.
- Integrate AI-based predictive models to forecast customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Drive unified growth alignment between digital, sales, and partner ecosystems.
Performance Marketing & Channel Operations :
- Plan and optimize paid media across search, social, display, video, and app networks to achieve CAC/ROAS targets.
- Use AI-driven automation and smart bidding strategies to maximize ad efficiency and personalization.
- Lead telesales marketing enablement with dynamic lead routing, automated campaign briefs, and optimized cadences.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Retention :
- Run A/B and multivariate tests across websites, funnels, and apps to improve conversion rates.
- Apply behavioral analytics and AI recommendation systems for content, pricing, and user engagement.
- Implement lifecycle marketing programs (activation, upsell, churn prevention) using automation and predictive scoring.
- Define and monitor key funnel metrics (visit→lead→MQL→SQL→sale; activation; churn).
Marketing Automation & Lead Generation :
- Build multi-step journeys via email/SMS/WhatsApp; implement scoring, segmentation, and lead nurturing flows.
- Integrate lead capture with CRM/telesales systems; ensure data quality and timely hand-offs.
- Develop always-on and campaign-based lead gen programs supporting growth targets.
Data, Business Intelligence & Analytics :
- Develop a comprehensive business performance dashboard covering all digital products and platforms.
- Track growth and unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, ROAS, retention, cohort trends) and surface insights.
- Implement proper tagging, events, and attribution; maintain a single source of truth for growth metrics.
Product & Storefront Growth Enablement
- Drive SEO/ASO hygiene, content signals, and conversion best practices for web/app storefronts.
- Partner with Product/Tech on analytics events, UX issues, and growth experiments impacting performance.
Job Requirements
Minimum academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/Analytics or related field (Master’s is a plus).
Experience:
- 6–10 years in digital marketing/growth with strong B2C focus; proven performance marketing ownership and CRO/retention programs; experience collaborating with telesales/inside sales.
- GA4 & Tag Manager; Meta/Google Ads; app attribution (e.g., AppsFlyer/Firebase/Web engage); CRM/automation (HubSpot/Salesforce/ActiveCampaign); A/B testing; BI (Power BI/Tableau); basic SQL is a plus.
