Job Description
- Produce error-free accounting reports of profit/loss and cost, and present their results
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecast process
- Provide input into the department’s goal-setting process
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Revising subcontractors' invoices
- Manage local inventory (stock) process
- Enter shipping and inventory data in a computer system
- Manage purchasing orders for incoming equipment, services, and supplies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting is a must.
- Minimum 5 years experience working in Finance Department including some experience within Inventory function.
- Having an ERP (Oracle) background would be preferable.
- Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience.
- Able to meet short deadlines.
- Able to deliver quality work under pressure.
- Analytical & Numerical skills, Attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good written & oral communication skills - Fluent English.
