Job Description

  • Maintain and develop MI product market perception, while utilizing ATL & BTL marketing initiatives
  • Set the mobile data strategy, by planning and executing the annual marketing plan the MBB (Mobile Internet and Data Sim) products in order to achieve We market share and growth targets.
  • Performing strategic market analysis that clearly defines growth opportunities within the market & continuously monitoring the market and mapping competitive position
  • Coordinating and working closely with Pricing team to ensure business case reflect properly the commercial need
  • Kick-offing pre-launch meeting with all stakeholders to finalize all prelaunch activities and make sure that are all in alignment
  • Supporting customer life-cycle road-map with activities which ensure that the maximum value is derived from
  • Performing mystery shopping and provide findings to senior management.
  • Daily monitoring of performance of MBB numbers and raising any needed flags accordingly.
  • Partnering with regional sales teams to Identify preferred routes to acquire different types of segments of clients, continuously optimize marketing execution and business results
  • Ensuring that MI products and promotions are in line with the rules and guidance of the NTRA authority
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns against commercial budget requirements and provide recommended actions accordingly.
  • Building new ATL / BTL propositions to extract value from new & existing customers is vital to achieve the company overall objectives
  • Analyze customer behavior to identify segment needs and develop the desired ATL / BTL propositions together with customer experience in order to achieve the assigned targets.
  • Executing all necessary activities like market research, data evaluation, sales process adaptation, customer journey design, prototyping, go-to-market, post-sales reporting & etc.
  • The role has to liaise with all relevant functions & cross functional teams to ensure successful management of the overall product portfolio & assigned P&L responsibilities.

Job Requirements

  • University degree, diploma in Marketing, Business or related fields will be considered a plus At least 5 years of working experience, progressive experience in similar positions (management of telecommunications products and services development/business analysis) would be a plus;
  • Knowledge about Egyptian telecom market with focus on prepaid products area including market trends, customer requirements, technologies, competitive position and related product area
  • Good understanding of segmentation and marketing communication channels.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral
  • Teamwork, verbal and written communications skills;
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines, and multitasking;
  • Able to compile, synthesizes and present facts clearly; ability to plan and organize activities; to establish priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented, persuasive, dynamic
  • Able to learn fast and to show creativeness and proactivity.
