Q.C Engineer - Agriculture

Main Job duties:

• He/she implements the approved policies and procedures for his management and provides the necessary proposals and recommendations to his superiors according to the work requirements
• Carries out and monitors the work of internal audits on quality assurance systems, monitors deviations, proposes corrective measures to those in charge of them, and promises the results of all of the above, reports, and submits them to the higher level.
• He/she communicates with the external authorities concerned with reviews of the quality assurance systems and manages the effective dealings with them in order for the company to qualify for quality assurance certificates.
• He/she participates in preparing the forms used in the documentary cycle and coordinates them in a way that conforms to the requirements of international quality standards
• Ensures the validity of all documents issued to and from the Quality Department in accordance with the approved procedures, as well as monitoring the inventory of these documents in terms of content and coordination in accordance with the document management systems.
• Communicate with the various departments at the sites to ensure that the quality assurance policies and procedures are applied and conform to the applicable specifications and thus prepare reports and submit them to his line manager
• Prepares risk assessments for the applicable quality management systems such as HACCP for the various products of the company and prepares reports accordingly and submits them to his line manager.
• Manages and monitors the workflow follow-up system, monitors the obstacles, prepares periodic reports and statistics on the progress of the administration’s workflow, provides recommendations for developing and improving the work method to raise the efficiency of performance in accordance with international quality standards and provides the necessary proposals and recommendations for making any amendments or facilities to policies and procedures in accordance with work requirements.
• He/she carries out the works required of him within the scope of his work, and prepares the necessary data and reports for the higher level about any situation if requested, and has a close relationship with his work contributing to the achievement of the company's goals

Side Tasks to next to the job:

• Presence with food safety committees, coding committees for farms and stations, or any additional inspections for clients or external entities that have requirements related to quality certification documents
• Assistance in food safety, occupational health, HACCP, and environmental risk assessments)
• Assist and participate in filling out forms and respond to external clients' inquiries related to the field of quality certificates

• The company obtained various inspection certificates in the fields of security, safety, food, organic agriculture certificate, ethical inspections, safety, and occupational health
• Report deviations and non-conformities from the system, application area, and corrective actions thereof
• The existence of a documentary cycle that matches all the quality certification systems applied in the company
• Various food safety and security risk assessments
• Any reports or recommendations for developing the work system
