Job Description
- Manage media buying for Top, Middle and Bottom of the Funnel Campaign on different digital media Platforms.
- Create and manage paid ads on Digital advertising platform including Facebook, Google Ads and Instagram.
- Coordinate with graphic and content team about design and copy for each ad.
- Break down budget by campaign objective and platforms.
- Set and decide the best ad format for each campaign objective.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve higher ROAS.
- Build different audience profiles and continuously fine tuning to target the right audience.
- Create Split test to find the wining ad combination for each goal and platform.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and do the necessary adjustments to stay within the target budget/goals
- Develop sophisticated remarketing plans for acquisition and retention campaigns on different platforms
- Continuously analyze results to find new areas for optimization.
- Oversee billing information to ensure campaigns are on budget
- Organize digital media buying using major display, search, and social networks to drive traffic to website
- Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights/recommendations
- Ownership of the ad operations process
- Recommend optimization action on website that would have impact on ROAS.
- Periodic reporting on Ads performance
- Perform market research to refine paid media strategies and identify market place opportunities for new products and marketing pitches
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience running performance based (CPC/CPI/CPA) mobile ad campaigns on a variety of mediums – Facebook, Google, Affiliate Networks and other buying platforms
- High Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Instagram.
- Experience analyzing conversion rates, click-through rates, retention rates, lifetime value (LTV) and other common KPI’s
- Proficient with Excel (Pivot tables, Data Visualization, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
- Excellent interpretive skills, with the ability to ability to translate raw data into actionable outcomes
