Job Description

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Provides superior administrative support to the MD including correspondence, coordination, communications and problem resolution in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Updates and maintains the MD’s calendar.
  • Handles all travel arrangements internally and externally.
  • Coordinates preparation and timely dissemination of company reports and slide presentations for board meetings.
  • Creates highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing resulting in easy access to critical information and stream lined office functioning.
  • Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Plan office layout develops and controls office budget, and initiates cost reduction programs.
  • Conduct extensive internet search and performs general clerical duties.
  • Coordinates and arrange different company events.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and any other required documents by or on behalf of line Managers
  • Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents.
  • Arrange and coordinate executive events.
  • Coordinate project-based work.
  • Coordinate with accounting departments concerning payments for arranged travels and insure payments processed

  • Strong communication, negotiation & organizational skills.
  • Availability to travel & move between centers
  • Sales and customer service skills
  • Sound judgment with attention to detail
  • Competent IT skills
  • Resilience to cope with long hours and pressure at peak times
