Job Description

  • Develops and executes a strategy for discovering and securing new business opportunities either locally, regionally, or nationally
  • Develops negotiation strategies by evaluating risks and potentials.
  • Create and develop new products to help in company’s growth.
  • Assesses potential clients in terms of income potential and mission fit.
  • Conducts research to identify target clients, industries and countries, locally and globally
  • Establish relationships and open new channels to create new business opportunities and attract new clients
  • Adapts new business strategies in accordance with the types of clients already secured by the company.
  • Evaluates and realizes quarterly business growth goals.
  • Creates a business development database in order to evaluate performance and organize client and prospective client information.
  • Fosters beneficial relationships with business partners, potential clients, and business contacts in order to attract new business and enhancing organization reputation.
  • Closes new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Economics or in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience.
  • Preferable background in any of the following disciplines: Commercial Real Estate - Manufacturing Industrial Development - Event Planning - Sales - Marketing.
  • Must have a strong understanding of how the business runs  (Business mindset) with execution skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Customer-oriented, very Well-organized, and very detailed oriented.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Dynamic, Flexible, good appearance, and super active.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Must have a strong understanding of how to deal with the corporate businesses.
