Job Description
- Container Planning & Coordination
- Develop and execute loading plans for export containers based on shipment schedules and cargo specifications.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely container loading.
- Cargo & Container Tracking
- Monitor cargo movement from origin to destination, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
- Retrieve and verify container details (e.g., container numbers, seal integrity, shipping line info).
- System Management
- Accurately enter all container and cargo details into the logistics system.
- Maintain up-to-date records of shipment status, loading schedules, and documentation
- Supplier Payment Processing
- Review and validate supplier invoices related to export logistics.
- Coordinate with finance to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all export documentation complies with international shipping regulations.
- Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth export clearance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in logistics operations, export shipping, or supply chain management (preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industry).
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, customs regulations, and international shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics systems/ERP.
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
