Job Description
I. Reasonable awareness & knowledge of the following Key responsibilities:
- Handling new client’s requests.
- Developing and preparing effective financial and technical proposals.
- Drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts between Premier and clients.
- Researching current regulations to guarantee that the contracts are updated and in compliance with the relevant laws.
- Negotiate the contract’s T&C’s (Terms and Conditions) with clients.
- Following Up & Finalizing the contracts renewal process.
- Finalizing, signing, and archiving the new clients’ contracts.
- Participating in fulfilling the tenders’ RFQ, RFI, and any other related requirements.
- Handling the client’s received questionnaires, surveys & RFI within the requested deadline.
- Familiar with contracts, offers, and tenders.
