Job Description
- Planning and executing all paid acquisition campaigns across different platforms
- Optimizing all targeting, creative, copy, platform mix, and overall ad operations for Facebook, Google, and other paid channels on a daily basis.
- Create strong A/B testing practices for all online advertising efforts through use of analytics, models, and research to improve effectiveness and core KPIs
- A/B testing website content and ads messaging for optimization.
- Segmenting users/visitors according to website visits, session duration, events on-site and use case for better retargeting messaging
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Write engaging and attractive copy for adverts
- Engage with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to understand the attributes and specifications of assigned products and services.
- Up-to-date with the latest updates and policies of different platforms.
Job Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in performance marketing/ media buying
- Experience with CRO and landing page best practices
- Hands on experience with ads platforms tips and tricks to maximize conversions.
- Experience using data to make decisions, with a bias toward action and moving quickly to realize results
- Knowledge of the online advertising ecosystem and how it is evolving
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related experience.
- Experience with B2B is a plus.
- Strong analytical and creative skills
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
