Job Description
Helm is now hiring a commercial director who is willing to drastically uplift the business while keeping and maintaining current relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, evaluate and adjust the Business development and marketing strategies and initiatives to improve the public exposure of the organization
- Advice and Support the teams to draft speeches, critical presentations, and statements for external key parties
- Oversee, evaluate and adjust the Business Development and Marketing departments’ policies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the whole performance of the Business Development and Marketing team and activities
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; and recommends equity investments
- Represents Helm at external conferences & events Works closely with internal key teams to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth
- Manage the organization's reputation with the public in general and different stakeholders
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration - Preferably Marketing Major
- Masters Degree in a relevant field is a plus
- At least 10 Years of Relevant Experience
