We are looking for a Product Owner to organize, prioritize and assess work for our scrum team in order to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the product.
Responsibilities:
- Use high-level perspective to define goals and create a vision for development projects.
- Communicate with stakeholders across the board, including customers, business managers, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives.
- Incorporate feature requests into product road-map.
- Gather feature requests, schedule releases, and coordinates sprints.
- Ability to identify user needs, help a customer understand a business value and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.
- Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Deliver products not just according to users, but the product that helps make our company vision a reality.
- Work closely with product management and senior management in order to create a product that fits the company portfolio.
- Increase an understanding of Agile practices, Lean Startup, new technologies opportunities and other new trends.
- Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
- provide team with business insight of upcoming plans.
- Create the list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives.
- Map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.
- Juggle the triangle of scope, budget, and time, weighing priorities according to the needs and objectives of stakeholders.
- Overseeing the actual development of the product in all stages.
- Anticipate the client’s needs to more effectively manage the development process.
- Act as the primary communicator and link between stakeholders and teams.
- Inspect and evaluate product progress through each iteration.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BSc. in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field
- Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
- Technical background with knowledge of software development, web technologies, and mobile development.
- In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles.
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
- Experience in RPA applications is a plus.
Skills
- Highly-motivated individual with a genuine interest in technology and a passion to deliver cutting-edge products.
- Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
