We are looking for a Product Owner to organize, prioritize and assess work for our scrum team in order to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the product.

Responsibilities:

• Use high-level perspective to define goals and create a vision for development projects.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the board, including customers, business managers, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives.
• Incorporate feature requests into product road-map.
• Gather feature requests, schedule releases, and coordinates sprints. 
• Ability to identify user needs, help a customer understand a business value and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.
• Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
• Deliver products not just according to users, but the product that helps make our company vision a reality. 
• Work closely with product management and senior management in order to create a product that fits the company portfolio.
• Increase an understanding of Agile practices, Lean Startup, new technologies opportunities and other new trends.
• Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
• provide team with business insight of upcoming plans.
• Create the list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives.
• Map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.
• Juggle the triangle of scope, budget, and time, weighing priorities according to the needs and objectives of stakeholders.
• Overseeing the actual development of the product in all stages.
• Anticipate the client’s needs to more effectively manage the development process.
• Act as the primary communicator and link between stakeholders and teams.
• Inspect and evaluate product progress through each iteration.
