Job Description
You will join our agency's Cairo office to assist our clients in putting and achieving the following:
- Create, schedule and analyze social media activity across all channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube)
- Content strategy development through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marking, messaging and audience identification
- Coordinate with the creative team to curate engaging campaigns, stories, photography and videos for social media platforms
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Set up and optimize clients' presence on each platform to increase visibility of company’s social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in-line with the moderation policy for each community
- Prepare monthly calendar for all the assigned accounts
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Formulate daily / weekly / monthly reports and status of the account’s insights
- Implement new features/ideas to develop brand awareness and conversions, including promotions and competitions
- Content creation - photography and video for the social media platforms
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Job Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.)
- 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Excellent copywriting skills in flawless English language
- Proactive and initiative
- Community management experience
- Experience in sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with design and publishing
Bonus traits:
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Video Editing skills
- BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field
